RECO introduced the TechSpan® precast concrete arch system to Australia in 1989. It was developed by the Reinforced Earth Group through its Spanish subsidiary. The technique utilised the Group's knowledge of soils and finite element analysis to develop the perfect arch. TechSpan® is a three-pin, twopiece, funicular curve shaped arch.
